Introducing a fresh new look for CABE

Since 1906, CABE has supported Connecticut boards of education in the vital work of governing school districts. More than a century later, CABE remains committed to the foundational work that has served our members well. We also continuously strive to evolve and adapt in order to remain a leading voice on the most pressing educational issues of our time.

In that spirit of innovation, we are excited to present a new look for CABE. Today, we unveil updated branding, featuring a fresh new logo: 

The CABE team worked with a professional designer to create a more contemporary, energetic look that reflects the vitality of our association. We are hopeful that the new logo evokes the professionalism, credibility, and expertise for which CABE is known. 

The centerpiece of the logo is a clean, modern mark that suggests forward motion. The color palette is based on the Connecticut blue from our state flag. The three crescents in the design represent the three core functions of CABE – Education, Advocacy, and Support – that are the hallmarks of our work with local boards.

Over the summer, we will begin to incorporate the new branding into our website, social media, marketing materials, signage, and other print and digital collateral.

While our look may be changing, rest assured that the programs and services our members and partners rely on have not changed. We will continue to be a trusted resource, deeply committed to advancing public education on behalf of the students and families in Connecticut public schools.
